Sorry to hear about your mis-fortune, definitely use some loc-tite.

Does anyone have the ARP crank bolt part # ? Does the ARP also come with the correct washer. My car is a 1996 LT1 / 6spd.

Both the bolt kit and the balancer come with the correct washer.
It's 1/4" thick and about 1 1/4" diameter IIRC.
