Hmmm I won't second the BS vote but I know I can't do it in 45 min's Maybe 1 1/2 hours but more likey 2 hours.

Here was a pic of the engine bay(obvious no filter/charge pipes), as you can see with my setup I have to remove the compressor housing, but don't have to remove the radiator/fans, I don't have any of the bs emissisions crap in the way. It's a very simple process, I did it the last few times in 45 minutes, no reason to lie about it, sorry if you don't have the ease to get to the opti or the abillity to work this fast. I've worked on A LOT of lt1's, I did strictly side jobs for a few years, only on lt1 cars, so I can do do a lot of work faster than most.

45 minutes isn't impossible, but you have to ask yourself, "why would someone be in such a hurry to change the optispark?"

Then again, this entire argument is just bench racing.
