140K miles not long enough for you?
New one is running strong after 20k miles...
Just thread lock the rotor screws and seal them up, vented conversion for you earlier year cars, and you should be trouble free for thousands upon thousands of miles.

^^agreed^^ optis usually go bad because the engine is drooling all over them, wich would kinda be the drivers fault. There is the rotor issue too though. Would it be a good idea to pull a new one apart and loctite it before installing?
