I understand they are light cars, thats not what im getting at. The fact that a 302 with worse heads than a LT1 can make numbers some guys on here with strokers have is a joke...

People build 396 strokers, with some donkey dick cam and pay some no body idiot to do there heads.

And dont even hit 400whp! Its a joke! This is why LT1s have gotten a bad rap.

Yeah, this is true. Fox bodies are not nearly as light as some make them out to be, the heaviest fbody is maybe 3750 and the lightest Fox maybe about 3000. But it's more like 3100 vs 3450-3500 like ltwon said.

Stock 10bolt. Oh, this is through a Magnaflow catback. I forgot to pull the cutout open. It picked up 1.5mph last time at the track with the cutout open vs. the catback.

SpeedDensityZ, that's outstanding. I always love hearing about another LT1 stepping up. Hopefully one day I'll get a decent motor built, but until then, the nitrous will have to hold me over.

Since you have a history of lying about track and dyno #'s on SFFBA why don't you post up the timeslip?

Great numbers! Your good parts, hard work and attention to detail paid off.

If you picked up 1.5mph you should be pleasently surprised when you open it on the dyno. My car picked up 33rwhp on the dyno with the cutouts open over the flowmaster exhaust I once ran.

Get that tuning sorted out and open that coutout. You should put down some BIG mph when you get it all in order.

Nice job!

Very good results. I do think you'll gain some more when the fuel issue is corrected. Congrats.

Keep your horseshit over on the road racing section. I have no reason to lie. You're just salt that my car is faster than your p.o.s and you cannot believe a little "hotcam" can go so far. Do realize, this was on 3.73s, some suspension and lots of weight reduction.

Congrats on the numbers man. A friend of mine had a pcm that crashed on him while driving. Injector driver quit on him, not a real common problem up not uncommon i guess.

Good luck when you get it all fixed

Did you watch the fuel pressure while your were making a pull? did it hold solid or drop off at or around when your problem stats? Whats your duty cycle on the injectors?

They aren't super light in stock form, but with modest weight reduction my buddies notch was under 3000 lbs with him in it.
