Default Edelbrock Shorties Flange Issue???

My engine went in today but i noticed the passenger side flange does not line up with the y pipe. And the flange has 2 holes rather than 3. Has anyone had this issue?

It should have come with another flange that you have to get welded at an exhuast shop. Make sure to retighten the bolts after the engine is run for awhile from inner to outer. Also with that flange make sure you get whatever you can to keep the bolt's in place b/c they will back out and you'll have a constant exhuast leak.
