how to bore the throttle body to 52 mm?

Are you doing heads and cam or just bolt ons? If your doin H+C go 58mm, otherwise 52.

No, the optical sensor is a mitsubishi piece, that does not make the whole thing a mitsubishi part, believe that sensor is used on other stuff.

Probably just saw Mitsubishi written on the sensor and assumed the rest.
