Probably rings or blow by. I had a VERY rich PCMforless mail order tune that I had further richened when I though the A/F on the dyno was ultra lean. I never had smoke come out. The bumper wasnt sooty, but def had fuel wash down the cyl walls.
You maybe getting blow by the rings. Oil is not always blue.
Do a leak down test.

Sounds like you have a fuel issue, possibly a leaking fuel injector or a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Either will cause the symptoms you are describing.
Your tune would have to be extremely bad and very rich to cause black smoke, but it is still possible.
Its not likely that its oil, burning oil creates blue smoke. Fuel burns brown/black.

Like said, the motor has miles, its good matience to do. Not all oil/fuel mix is blue some can be brownish. Also too much fuel can lift the rings and mess them up.
Do a Fuel pressure test, and also send the injectors out to get check and cleaned.
What I could say is the car may just have alot of carbon. Maybe a good seafoam treatment. That can work wonders.
With the car hitting 100k its stuff like that you may to need to start doing.
