Default ?'s about deleting A.I.R.

so, when you install non-emissions headers or do A.I.R. delete what did you use to plug up the A.I.R. hole on your intake? would some sort of bondo/plastic filler work?

On the block off plates, on the back of the intake mani, what do you guys recommend using to seal it off? The gaskets that come in the intake mani set, black sealant or the copper sealant?
Thanks guys.

Look in the general parts aisle of the parts store. You should be able to find a 5/8" rubber cap.

when i bought my WS6 airbox last year there was a rubber cover over the AIR hose port and since i still have AIR i took it off (and probably threw it away since i don't know where it is now) but the hose is 3/4 inch and you could probably get some sort of rubber 3/4 in cap at a hardware/plumbing supply store. i know for a fact that it's 3/4 because i had to extend my AIR hose to fit the ws6 box and i still have some of the hose i bought and i just checked it and its definately 3/4"

What if you have a 1996 Z28? haha. That kit is for 93-95 LT1's, but I don't see what could be the difference in this situation?
