2 more problems...ugh
Remove the headlight trim (3 screws).
Unbolt the actuator arm (one nut holds it to the motor).
Pull the actuator arm off of the motor shaft (note the flat spot on the shaft and arm).
Using the manual raise/lower ****, turn the motor 180 degrees so that the flat spot is on the other side. The shaft will have turned a full 180 degrees.
Reinstall the actuator arm and nut, and reinstall the headlight trim.
Voila, it's done. The headlight motor uses one large gear, but it only uses one half of it. Rotating the shaft 180 degrees will engage the unused side of the gear.
If you want a sure-fire permanent solution, you can buy a brass gear from Brent Franker's site, if he still carries them.
So with the parks off, everything works fine?
If thats case, id say you have a bad ground somewhere. Powers going somewhere it shouldnt be when the parks are on.

It is the tail light sockets, it is a known issue and if you shell out the money for them through the dealer it will happen again. Mine didn't even look burnt inside but they were causing the exact same issue. Cut off the 4 brake light sockets, take one to Autozone and get the direct replacement socket that will fit perfectly back in the lens and hook the wires back up (about $7 ea). Don't forget to get the new bulbs, they are different (I think 3157?) and the contacts will last you. Problem fixed!
As mentioned for the headlight, either rotate the nylon gear or get the metal!
It does have 26.8" dia rear tire (285/35/19) and is only weekend driven.
It definitely needs bigger than the stock 3.23 now, but I don't wanna go too far for my needs?

Shouldn't have to ask anything. Next to where the bulbs are they have trailering stuff and lamp sockets. Find the one that is for GM tail lamp and make sure it matches the look of the stock one. (I think, 3 tabs and the plastic spring lock?) and your done!
