Default 2 more problems...ugh

welp i just replaced all the bulbs in my taillights because my turn signal goes on but doesnt blink...my hazards work however, but the new bulbs didnt fix anything...problem 1

number 2, my passenger headlight when it pops up the motor keeps spinning for like 5 seconds making a really obnoxious grinding sound...

any insight on either problem will be greatly appreciated

My camaro is doing the same thing with the right signal light . Sometimes the light will turn on but won't flash until i smack the dash. I believe its the from a bad ground, or thats my guess anyways.

you just replaced the taillight bulbs or did you mean all 4 corners? usually if the green arrow goes on but doesnt blink the front bulb is out. Its a dual filament bulb. so even though the hazards work the bulb can still be bad.

replace the 2 front bulbs also.

there is a fuse that is behind the dash on the drivers side, kind of behind the HVAC controls. it is a round silver fuse. try replacing that and your turn signals should start working again.

i dont know about the brightness, but they should start blinking if that fuse is bad and you replace it

I replaced the relay under the dash and it does blink now, however the right rear taillight doesn't show the light blinking or get brighter when I brake, any insight?

Could be a bad socket. I had to change a few over the years.
