decent pull for a bolt on car
as for the track I am guessing anywhere from 13.00 to 14.00 depending on tires,conditions etc

Oil pressure seem low?

That altitude is going to kill you, but you should still be in the 13's easy with traction.

Oil pres is 30 @ idle warm

and 45psi cruising warm. I don't think it's too bad.
