Default bad opti = shaking?

i replaced the motor/trans mounts with poly ones, which i thought would cure my engine shaking. I have gone over almost everything i can think of
( plugs, wires, fuel pressure @41-42 idle and wot, re set valve lash, new o2 sensors, cleaned and tested about every other sensor, flywheel and converter are tight.

its mostly at idle but follows thru out the rpms off and on, the only thing left i didnt touch are the icm and opti
The engine did not shake this much when the H&C swap was 1st done so it's something that just surfaced, would either of those 2 cause this??
(i spent 2-3hours using search )

Even a single misfiring cylinder can cause shaking and rough idle. I'd check to see that you aren't arcing anywhere.
