I am using the TF plates with TF chrome-moly pushrods with good results. No problems.
As far as the oil pump is concerned, it's better to ask your builder. Mine recommended the higher pressure 10552 pump, so that's what I went with. I would try and stay away from the M155 pump on a 383/high HP build. Their casting is much weaker than the Melling select pumps and has been known to break due to higher vibration levels. I've seen at least two cases of this happening. The Select-series pumps have much more robust castings.
Definitely wait to order the pushrods until you have the valvetrain mocked up. Measuring is key.

7/16 studs and standard pump, At one time everyone went with either the Hi Volume or Hi Pressure, Look at the pro builders, Nascar, Pro Stockers, Engine master challengers, most all use stock pumps. They say that the hi volume stuff is not needed anymore with todays superior oils and that it only robs horsepower and puts wear on the cam gears....

This is what I'm running:
Comp Pro Magnums 7/16" 1.6 ratio NSA rr's part#: 1305-16
ARP 7/16" rocker arm studs part#: 134-7103
Trickflow guideplates part#: 30400623-8
Trickflow chromemoly pushrods part#: 21407xxx (last three digits depends on pr length i.e. 7.200" use 200 as last three digits)
I am using the Crane 10308 dual spring kit. but if I had to buy new springs for a beefy cam, I'd use the Patriot Extremes part#: 8501-BSBC
LS7 lifters from the dealer is what I would get if you need new ones also.

Well the motors out bro and I only want to do it once! Those Gold rockers are nice looking but I might have to go with the 1305-16 being that's what Lloyd recommended and several others are running them with no issues. From what I can tell the only difference is the golds are aluminum and the 1305-16 are Chromemoly steel.
