For the IAC, adjust the idle screw until 30-40 counts (shows you on a scanner) at idle. If you need to reset it, press the gas pedal slightly, start and run the engine for 5 seconds, then ignition off for 10 seconds.
It says to check voltage at terminals A and B and rotate the TPS until about 0.54volts.

Thanks Ralls, I'll need those tips for later

BLM is Block Learn Multiplier, it is a short term fuel trim. 128 is the number you want on both sides of the exhaust, split BLM's are when they are off from one side to the other.
Above 128 it is adding fuel to achieve the 14.7 a/f ratio or whatever ratio the tuner has set in the ecm, under 128 it is taking away fuel to try and get there.
Split BLM's mean you have an ex leak on one side or a vacuum leak behind the MAF affecting one side of the engine.
Above 128 it is adding fuel to achieve the 14.7 a/f ratio or whatever ratio the tuner has set in the ecm, under 128 it is taking away fuel to try and get there.
