I adjusted the screw today and the idle is much better. Found a bunch of unburned gas that I'm trying to figure out but other than that it's ok. I still need to adjust the TPS and IAC but I'm feeling better about the idle quality.

BLM is Block Learn Multiplier, it is a short term fuel trim. 128 is the number you want on both sides of the exhaust, split BLM's are when they are off from one side to the other.

Above 128 it is adding fuel to achieve the 14.7 a/f ratio or whatever ratio the tuner has set in the ecm, under 128 it is taking away fuel to try and get there.

Split BLM's mean you have an ex leak on one side or a vacuum leak behind the MAF affecting one side of the engine.
