O well the statement that i had made was coming from crane. Removing the locators and replacing them with the shims. As well as the installed height.

i think it will be alright. the locator is just keep the valve spring in place from the bottom, but either way the valve gose thru the middle acting as a locator from the top plus the valve springs are compressed so i dought there will be any wobbling or movmnt. yes lloyd (the man) is right and would of bin the best rought but both methods will work perfectly fine.
