Weird gauge problem So i have a really weird gauge problem going on here. As the car warms up the oil pressure drops, from 40 psi at 2k when its cold to not even leaving the red zone (7-8psi maybe) at 2k when the car is at 190 degrees. At first i thought my oil pump was shot, but why would it operate fine when its cold?

Definetly go with a mechanical gauge, way more accurate. If you dont want to do that, replace your oil pressure sensor (pretty sure thats the problem), but have fun with that hehe!!! The electrical one in mines always reads about 5-10 psi off from my mechanical gauge......
