Default Heard a Rumor!!

aight so i heard this kid tell me that when u run a 15x4 draglite or prostar or whatever in the front with a skinny tire that if u hit a pot hole or go around a corner even slow it will bead and just fall off the rim, is this true, anyone have any experience with this, in the next couple weeks im bout to get draglites and hearing this makes me think otherwise, all experiences and thoughts are encourged, thanks guys

Don't drive it during "Fall" time. Falling leaves can do some real damage as well

I would say potholes could be a potential problem for sure.

Ever hit a pothole at 25mph on a bike when you were a kid? Same thing.

Just keep a look out.

Never had a problem with 3.5" fronts, but then I do not run these full time on the street either.

Some guys like the looks of it, I suppose. I don't like the way the car feels through the curvy high speed turns around here, so I run a DOT legal set of wheels for the street.
