LS1 coverter to LT1
Helping a buddy of mine do a TH400 swap. He's picked up a sweet package but the converter is holding it up. It's an LS pattern. Obviously they make dual pattern LS1 flexplates but is there a dual pattern flexplate for LT1?

Not sure if they make a duel pattern flex plate or not, but the hub ( the piece that fits inside the crank) on the front of the converter is longer for an LS1, so you will also have to change that, if you didn't already.

lay it up together ,mark and dril the flexplate. Use bolts nuts and lock washers to hold it together if it has tabs instead of threaded lugs on the converter.
also check your spacing you may need to shim it , make sure the flex plate when bolted to both the crank and converter is not in a bind or distorted.
