Default Question!!!!!!!!

Does anybody have a problem with there car idleing. i have an 396 lt1 and when I started the car it idles rough and sometimes goes died. Just trying to see if anybody else has had this problem and what was the cause.

my ls1 does sometimes after the cam my tuner from boost performance said always to let it warm up untill it at least to the first mark on the temp...bout 5 min ....he said it will always idle rough till its warm

There could be lots of things involved. Observing scanner readings would go a long way in guiding you.

Mods?
Tuned?
Need a lot more information.

As Shbox mentioned, a data logging scanner that reads real time data would be a great tool to use.

Can a guess an aftermarket TB with the IAC bypass not done????

I suspect if you had a scan tool you would see the IAC maxxed out.

Could be mechanical issues or a bad tune too.
