I vote silver Zr1s, they flow alot better with the color of the car, even though I'm a big fan of black wheels.

Silver 17s, lowered tucking rim :drool Now thats what I'm talking about LOL

I can't find any pics of the nova, but my brother has 1, I'll have to have him send it to me

ive got that worked out also, this pic is of a 72 nova with zr1's, i just put my body on it, he used a 1.5" spacer on the passenger side rear and a 1" on the driver rea because the reaerend on a nova is centered, and 1" spacer on the front, so that problem is solved lol, i really like the silver, but i think maybe the chrome would be better to match my bumpers!?? idk im still deciding

hmmm you do have the dilemma of chrome lol. jut make sure that the hub spacers are hub centric. meaning that the spacers have the lip off the front where the rim gets centered on. the rim does Not get centered on the lugs! just so you know man

sounds likea nice! build, i would take the victor over a dual plane, even for street. i had a victor on my sbc with 10.75scr and 230 cam, 750 holley hp,
and car went 10.8 quickest pass, usual lo 11's. drove to track, drive thrus, etc.
dont see why ppl are so afraid of losing "bottom end" with single planes.
the throttle response was excellent, ran on pump, violent acceleration
thru 7k rpm,
going with super victor now. for ls build and carb

yup, thats what ive heard about single planes, but im all about being different, so a carbed, single plane converted LT1 will blow some minds around my neck of the woods lol

Other than that it sounds like a badass build, be sure to post up lots of pics
I agree with you on that. Even CompCams recommends moving to NSA rockers in performance applications. I realize budget issues, but a recent poster experienced SA rocker failure when the guide tabs were bent at high RPMs.

I hope you don't but you may have problems with those SA rockers down the road.

One other thing that concerns me is the size of the combustion chambers on the TrickFlows. Did you check to see how those will effect CR? Each point in CR translates into 3-4 percent difference in power.

Yea, I missed the ProCharger mod too. Looks like it'll be right around 9:1 CR.
