Default 1371 code??

Started the car this morning headed to working and it fired right up!
Started to walk inside to let it warn up and it just died, went back to start it and nothing...?
Threw a 1371 code, I cleared it and when I turned the key over to start and threw code instantly...
Btw, yesterday I hit it around a corner, tires set loose, and it died... I coasted to a stop and it started back up..

Well I went home for lunch and jumped in my car and it started right up and died about 3 seconds later, then obviously just turns over with no start after that...

Did you recently spill water or coolant on the opti?

I would disconnect your opti harness on both ends and check for corrosion, moisture, breaks, anything...
If the harness looks in tact, you likely need a new opti.

Ok.. Got home from work and wanted to test opti pigtail... Unplugged it, tested it with a multimeter on ohms.. It would count down them read 0.00... I took a pick and made sure all the prongs were not bent/flat..
I plugged it back in and it fired right up..? Took it to fuel station, killed it, fueled up and jumped back in, started fine and drove home.. Good so far..
I'm happy but a bit confused..
