I just checked it again and its at .01 ma on the 20ma setting and .1 on the 200ma setting and of course .001 on the 2ma setting. Volts were at almost 12.4 after driving the car today. I dont know what setting I should be putting the meter on but can someone analyze those numbers for me? Thanks.

I just went and checked draw on my car to use as an example. My battery is where the spare tire used to be so my trunk light was on while doing the test. I always used the Amp scale to prevent blowing my internal mA fuse in case of a large draw. On 4A scale with my trunk light on I get .974 which 974mA, that would be a big draw if my light was not on. When I switch to mA scale I get 9.74 on a 40mA scale, mine auto ranges. So your .01 on 20mA setting is 1mA, hardly a draw at all.
