I ran the IHRA points meet at Kinston, NC over the weekend. Nothing broken, so all I have to do is finish adding weight and clean the car up.

I'm very curious about this also and the difference in 60ft/et/mph from the pt4000 and pt4400. How high are you spinning it?

I know on my old ls1 camaro, going from a pt4000 to a ss3800 KILLED it, I lost almost 3 tenths.

The SS4000 is a bad boy and is back in the car and ready to go racing!

read here : https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-raci...ng-faster.html

I will see how it works Friday night, but by my testing so far it seems to be the ticket.

I shift the car @ 7K rpm with no issues.

The SS4000 works great in my fathers Ls1 H/C/N20 combo too...3600# car on a 275/60 radial.

1.52 on HP
1.44 on 150 shot

also Chrs1313 has gone 1.38 60ft cam only with an SS4000

I met Lloyd at his house this morning at 7:00 we left about 7:30. I made it 16 miles and my water pump goes out... What are the odds, at least it didn't go out in the middle of knowhere.

We finley got a trailer and a water pump lined up and waiting for us in KC so hopefully everything els goes good..
