Super Sad Story Today the bird had a horrific day. As i started it to take it on its daily drive backed up about three feet and it caught on fire i am not exactly sure yet what cause it either one of my fuel lines came loose or my injectors was leakin. Only external engine damage burnt up most the wires and some parts of the front bumper. I am hoping it will be covered under insurance if not this will be one long summer.
Sucks to hear.
Happened to me in a lifted and modded jeep and the whole thing was TORCHED. Pretty much nothing was able to be saved except for the trailor hitch. A thermos of coffee that was in between the front seats was literally welded shut by the flames still half full so when you shake it you feel the coffee still inside - think that is still in the garage as a trophy

Important thing is that you're ok...car fires get out of hand VERY quickly.

yeaa well its a 383 just got built and just got her runnin right so sucks. were hoping insurance takes it as totaled and we will buy it back off them cause the engine internals are all ok though. idk we will see here soon.
