Default LT1 fuel specialists advice requested

Working on a 1993 vette (Lt1/Auto) for a friend of mine. It has sat for a couple years so I am getting it to run for him.

Initially it had no fuel pressure and the gas in the tank was not gelled but looked old. I replaced the pump and filter and drained the tank. I pulled the injectors, cleaned what I could and observed no heavy buildup or gunk in the inlets.

Now it has the required fuel pressure at the rail, and spark at the plugs.

Pulled some plugs after several attempts to start and they are bone dry. Does not appear the injectors are flowing any gas.

I put the noid lights in the injector harness plugs and they are all indicating properly. All injectors have 12.6 ohm resistance and have 12v at the injector harness with the key forward.

Ran for check engine codes and none were showing. All fuses intact and good. New High CCA battery. No vacuum leaks or air inlet obstructions.

There seems to be a signal going to the injectors (according to the test noid light). But they are not getting the correct impulse to fire or cycle properly and deliver fuel.

If there are any other tests or checks you could suggest I would appreciate the input.

Thanks Tech

Squirt a little fuel in the throttle body & see if it fires. This will verify the fuel system is at fault.

The distributor is a big problem that will give you some starting issues.
