all of that will work with a LT1. The only problem is if you run a sbc roller cam not designed for a LT1 you will have to swap out the opti drive pin.

Most SBC roller cams will work with the 93-94 splined optisparks. I run a ZZ4 cam in my car and have not upgraded the optispark to the later unit. Those cams will not work with the later optisparks due to the dist. runs into the snout of the cam. Although the first cam listed is not a ZZ4 like they are claiming, those are not the specs of the ZZ4(208/221 and 474/510 on a 112lsa). It's probably a regrind of some sort. I picked up decent power with the ZZ4 and a 1.6/1.5 rocker split, lift is .506/.516 with my rockers setup this way. Very mild and smooth idle. Although I would opt to go with the ZZ9(212/226 and 483/520 lift on a 112lsa) out of the two cams.

What size push rods with the 1.6rr and one of these cams?

Also what will be the HP increase using one of these cams with the 1.6 rr?

You need to measure for the correct pushrod length, not guess then order. Comp Cam makes a good measuring tool that's inexpensive.
