I'm using an autozone stock replacement coil right now and thought an aftermarket coil like an msd blaster might help my ignition when spraying? I Believe I'm getting spark blow out in third gear?

I run a stock GM coil. I think you'll need an MSD box for greater spark intensity. I do and have never had a problem. Plus the multiple sparks at low rpm help keep the colder plugs from fouling.

Hmmm, maybe the Autozone coil is a weak Chinese-made unit? If so, could try the stock GM one.
