Default which pistons?

ok im using 6 inch scat i beam rods. and was going to use the mahle sbc125030f05 pistons. however i got confused since jegs says -5 and summit says +5 any other recommendations for pistons? i havent picked a cam yet but those rods stock crank dart 200cc heads and intake opened for bigger throttle body and 150 wet shot.

im using scat i-beams and mahle sbc250030f05 pistons for my build. wonder what the difference is between the ones you have listed. From what ive heard mahle pistons are a good choice unless using alot of spray
