Default LT1 bogging

I just finished my 1994 camaro LT1 that I swapped into my 1980 El Camino. Block bored .030 over, new rings, bearings, stock heads with valve job crane 1.5 roller rockers, accel 26# Injectors, aeromotive return side fuel pressure regulator, bbk 52 mm throttle body, msd cap and rotor. I fired it for the first time everything was good but when I go to rev it, it bogs then revs, after idling for a few minuites I rev it, and its better but still a little hesitation. It's the splined opti and I was told that I could have put it on wrong and missed the key way. I also so herd that those bbk throttle bodies sometimes need the TPS adjusted. Help is greatly appreciated. -Thanks

Its for sure not the opti being installed wrong. they will only go on one way. you need to check your fuel pressure and also get a scan tool on it to find out what all of your sensors are reading when it bogs. sounds like maybe an extreme rich situation

About where should the fuel pressure be? Is there a scan tool you recommend or software for my laptop?

opti can go on more than 1 way, I know I did it once

but it would be totally 180 degrees off which sounds nothing like what he is describing.

any reason you went with accel 26# injectors? those are hardly bigger than stock and accels seem to be very problematic from what I've read.

is the car tuned at all? if you're on a stock tune with those injectors you will be running fairly rich

The old injectors were toast and accel 26# were recommended by a local speed shop. The computer was re-flashed and I notified them that I was running 26# injectors, but as far as getting it tuned on the dyno not yet.
