I bought a fresh rebuild LT1 with the iron heads, I plan to use my AI heads so these rebuild iron heads will be coming off. Are they good for anything (high HP or boost) are there any value to these?

Not really. Stock vs Stock they are marginally better than the aluminum 'vette and f-body ones. But who wants to add 50lbs to the nose of your car, and who wants to port an iron head when you can do aluminum? You can't run quite as high of compression with an iron head either. Boat anchor.
