Ok... what will I be looking for when I check the heater hoses ? Im not exactly familiar with the tb bypass, but I will do a quick search.

 

Use a pressure tester have some one continually pump the tester (since your system holds zero pressure) and inspect and feel along every square inch of hose associated with the cooling system for leaking air or coolant. Somewhere pressure is escaping, you just need to find it.

 

ok this maybe a stupid question but evry time alex posts he says water not coolant so i have to ask did u put coolant in it cause water boils around 220-225 sealed or not it boils

 

When the pressure escapes it causes your coolant to boil, it may not be dangerously hot but its definatly hot enough to make a topramen lol, you just need to find were the pressure is escaping from, probly the radiator cap, heater hoses often get leaky and start to release pressure.
