Is there a way to set up an Auto Meter Fuel Pressure Gauge to be a constant read so I can mount it in my A-pillar pod? The only thing I have found so far is one that you hook directly into the line...

You are going to have to tee into the fuel sytem somewhere to get a reading for the pressure sensor. Most use the schrader valve.

Sorry man, not sure about that brand. I got the Autometer Cobalt digital gauge. Comes with the sender and plenty of wire to make it to the a-pillar.

The only thing that you'll need extra is the fitting to connect the sender to the schrader valve. You can get a swivel and a cap from Nitrous Outlet. The swivel is nice so you can position the sender in a way that's easy to reach.

look at the link I provided for the one I am getting and let me know if there is anything else I need to get...I looked at that nitrous fitting you spoke of, will I need that in addition to what the FP Gauge comes with already?
