1/3/2010 Update...
I just returned home from a trip back to Montana for Xmas and spent more time working on the TA.

We got the old LT1 and 4L60e out, I painted the engine bay gunmetal, made some modifications to the suspension components, and painted all the suspension parts satin black.

We added another cross bar to the BMR Kmember to make it "safer" for street use, and we also strengthened the BMR tubular lower control arms. We added bracing to the shock mounting pads, they had bent from street driving. The new LT4 and Performabuilt Level II 4L60e were ready to go back in, but I just ran out of time.

I still don't have any info to post about the EFI Connections LS1 ECU conversion, but it made me drop the oil pan on my crate engine to reseal the timing cover so for that I am thankful. I can sleep better at nights, knowing that the LT4 crate engine has all the good stuff. It also cleans up the front of the engine a lot!

Hopefully the next update in April/May will be the last, it "should" be done then!

Yeah, I did make those.
I am considering making tubular mounts that are welded to the rear end, I think the tubular mounts would look a little more finished then the mounts I made.

I have a bunch of other things to do to the car, so it might not get done for a while.
