How did you eliminate the TPS, IAC, TB, vacuum leaks, etc?

How high? It's usually normal for the idle to be high on a cold start and settle back down after a few mins. If it was excessively high, bad temp sensor in the WP maybe?

Providing some idea of what computer you have would help.

I'd check for vacuum leaks and I'd look at your IAC counts. You said the idle goes up at a stop, that usually indicates vacuum issues. I wouldn't be too hasty to swap your ECM...

^-ss def. has this covered

however if you do in fact do have a bad PCM get one from Orilley's (limetime warranty), I found this out after just replacing mine when it locked up during a Tunercat tune upload. I even got a pricematch with AZ's price $115, as far as I know Oreilley's is the only place with a lifetime warranty. AZ, Advance, Nappa and I belive Carquest are only one year, and I believe GM's is a one day (or so I've been told)
