You would have to swap the whole engine harness as well and add a MAF. There would be some circuits that you would need to research to get connected into the new harness, too. It's not totally plug and play.

If you have tunercat or LT1 edit you can run the car in SD mode so to stave off the need for the MAF immediately. Also if its a 95 up harness you use you'll need a diff coil. Although the plugs under the dash will all fit together the wiring is not straight through.
