look up the "Made-4-U" OTVC Wire looms, and make contact with 99BlancoSS on here. Made-4-U will give you the looms and brackets for an OTVC setup for about 60 bucks, and 99BlancoSS will make custom cut 8.5mm MSD Superconductor SP Wires to run up and over the valve covers so you can do that...it will alleviate all of your issues. shoot me your email address and I will send you a few pictures of that same exact setup I have on my 1997 SS Camaro LT1...It is completely worth it to alleviate all those pesky little issues we have with SP Wires burning on headers, and getting caught up in pullies and sh*t...

autolites have mixed emotions by alot of people...some say great and no issues ever, some say garbage...depends on your experience. I stuck with ACDelco plugs. Gap should be .050

some people say to drop to 35...I have heard many people say that it has cause performance problems doing that. I'm sure ss.slp.ls1 has seen this thread and can tell you why it has problems, or why it may be better...I'm not positive, but he would prolly know

not always...and then if you ever have to change plug wires that makes it even MORE of a MF because you gotta fight with those. I tried zip ties and got so pissed off at them. On top of that OTVC wires look SO much better and it SO much easier to change plug wires later!!! definately worth EVERY penny

Not a chance. If you still have stock manifolds, keep the stock routing.

IMO, OTVC wires are a bit cheezy looking. I suppose it's more function over form. Hypocritical, I know. I've since gotten rid of them and went with conventional routing.
