Default Has anyone put on v6 front springs

ONTO A V8 CAR, im just wondering if anyone has done this before because everyone does this with the rears. So, has anyone done this to either lower their car on the cheap end, lowered it due to having the car gutted or it being a 6 cyl. car and did a v8 swap...

how effective is this as for lowering the car??
weight transfer??any known 60fts before and after?
any pics of car with v6 spring in front?

I asked about doing it in the rear once and I was told it wasn't a good idea. Was I misinformed?

Never heard about anyone putting them in the front though. Maybe someone will chime in.

Softer spring in the back = more squat = more energy lost through the spring that could be applied directly to the tires.

As for the front springs it would allow slightly faster weight transfer, but it wouldn't be anywhere near as beneficial as different shocks up front.

Get the proper spring and shock for your vehicles weight and setup. Suspensions are finicky and making changes without doing research can have some nasty effects.

yea well im just wondering if anyone has done it cuz you can find 6 cyl. front springs around and they will mock right up with no problem...you can even put a adj. front shock on like kyb therefore your transfer will be better.
