CSR Waterpump install ?'s

So i purchased a CSR waterpump from summit today and after looking at my buddies car that has one and then looking at mine it looks like the new pump will hit the down tube on the intake elbow. He has a moroso intake so he doesnt have the downpipe.. should i be good running the stock intake or do i have to buy an after market?

I run a CSR EWP, but run the 1LE elbow. I also run the Moroso CAI and it has nothing to do with the donkey dick. The dd is attached to the intake elbow. I can definitely see interference with the dd, so just remove it and plug the hole or buy and aftermarket elbow.

you talking about the donkey d*ck on the elbow? just take it off and cap the hole with a deodorant cap or buy the 1LE elbow(which doesnt have that tube)
