IVC calculation
IVC calculation I'm trying to calculate DCR for my 383 build so as to pick the best camshaft.
SCR: 10.85:1
Rod Length: 5.75"
By toying with the DCR calculator a bit it looks like I need an IVC event at about 62 degrees ABDC to get a DCR of about 8.88:1
How do you go about determining IVC for various camshafts? I'd like to compare the various cams in the cam selection guide but I can't locate any data for most.
