David, you're pure entertainment. What is the personal issue you have with Aleks' car?

That car went near 129 in 1500-2kft air. It also put cars on newer 600cc supersport class bikes on the street. You'd lose your $, friend.

It is difficult to drive. With a pro, or if Aleks had more time in it, it would obviously run mid tens around 130-131 in decent air. With an auto like yours, it'd likely run low/mid 10's at 131-132.

Saying it doesn't make it true, sorry.

His car runs well, its VERY fast for a 355. Just is (in my opinion) not making 500rwhp. Even at 450-460 its damn impressive. I dont care what the dyno says. This is my hangup.
It is incredible that you have managed to distill something as complex as racing into two simple variables. Regardless of the weather, track preparation, track temp, and a myriad of other variables, it comes down to hp = mph.

The car made 485-500 on multiple dynos.

If I ever build another LT1 I just might do a setup just like that AI 355.

485 AINT 500. I have NO issue with Aleks car, read my post LMAO. I have the issue with YOUR dyno Phil.

Seems as though whenever a post like this comes up, a couple of cars are brought up.

Aleks car is DAMN fast, I have said that before. Its impressive.

Please provide a slip with the 129 mph on it with the track name and date, I would love to see it. Seems like things kinda grow with you Phil, last I heard it ran 128 in 1000 DA, now its 129 mph in 1500 ft da...sooo which is it?

Im just sayin'

Hell I wax 600cc sportbikes. A word of advice there though, dont catch one with a 105 lb rider who can ride. I did LMAO.

With an auto like mine it may et in the mid 10's but would mph similar to mine 126 ish if the converter stayed unlocked. It would kill 40rwhp out of it with a stalled auto. You know this Phil come on man.

Mine gains 1.5 mph with it locked, does not ET any better.

When exactly did AI get a chassis dyno? I was unaware of these happenings. I'm so out of the loop.

OT and Just to chime in, crotch rockets are 10x more rider dependant then cars. Any 600cc sportsbike from the last 3-4 years is good for mid- high 10s bone stock off the showroom floor, down to the paper filter and hard tires. The same bike can run mid 11s or slower with a bad rider though.

Bottom 10/high 9s with just a gearing change and a muffler...$500 tops. That's just for the 600s, the 1000s are an even crazier animal.

I wouldn't **** with even a lightly modded crotch rocket if the guy knows what he is doing! Like I've said before, if cheap ET is the only thing you are after cars have 2 wheels too many .

What was the D/A when you went 125mph? What did you trap in ~2000 ft d/a that Aleks went 128mph in since you want to compare traps?

You can easily see its a red 93-96 camaro, not sure what showing the exterior of the car would prove since there's thousands of cars that look just like his

I said it once I will say it again, weight is weight HP is HP.

95 Formula ran low 10's at Aleks weight with LESS rwhp in a stick car. It ran 131+ mph

95 Formula-10.39@131.6, 95 Formula M6 355, stock crank, eagle rods, ross pistons. 12.5 cr, Ported GM LT4 heads, ported/welded lt4 intake, Cam motion solid roller, 25x/26x@50, 3300 ish race weight.

Here is what I am saying, If I was at Aleks weight I would run 129-130mph with less rwhp(441 unlocked the only time it was dynoed
)

95Formula ran 131mph AT Aleks weight with LESS rwhp Its a stick car.

Can you do the math on what thats telling you? Aleks car is not making 500rwhp, it makes 450-460 rwhp.

I guess I could argue your car doesn't have 441rwhp then. Rick's car traps 17+mph higher than yours with "only" 110 more rwhp. Using your math your car makes ~380-390rwhp tops.

My buddies LS1 can hang right beside a R6 with a 15 shot of spray.

He puts down 600+ to the ground so I know what kind of power it takes to run with them. That's on slicks, loose converter, yadda yadda yadda. Not much of a street car anymore, pretty much a strip monster.

I say props to your car Alek, bitch runs hard no matter who says what.
