Just so you know Nalmak, LT1's run hotter than LS1's. It's completely normal to have it sit at about 1/4 mark on the freeway and then when you come to a stop it will gradually rise and teeter around 210-230*. That's normal.

Eh, still that's pretty hot. I would do a coolant flush and see what kind of gunk comes out. Make sure you've got a 50/50 coolant & water ratio too.

Same thing? You mean going to ~210-230 and staying there and dropping down to 1/4 on the freeway...I told you that was normal.

Yeah its doing that. It dosen't go into the red anymore. Now I gotta think of ways to mod it. This seems harder than the LS1. Am I right?
