Default Aftermarket 52mm vs Stock Bored to 52mm Whats the real "Best" Choice?

Alright I have Googled, looked through old pages etc but I still don't feel I have a confident answer as to if I should buy a BBK 52mm a member has or if a bored 52mm job on a stocker is better with the mentioned idle issues being a possible problem.

So lets get the end users involved what is, was or will be your choice and WHY?

Thanks

Well the aftermarket TB's have what you could call a machined in airfoil so that the air enters smoothly and has no interference areas like the stock TB does. I have an aftermaket (performance products) 52mm TB and I don't have any idle issues whatsoever. *I am tuned.
If the BBK is going for a good price, I would get it. I think you can still get the PP 58mm TB's from Summit for a little over 200 bucks. I don't think they have the 52mm TB's in stock any more.

Don't waste the money on the BBK. Either port your own or throw a air foil on.

the "real best choice" is to leave your stocker on and put an airfoil in. unless you are pushing 450 rwhp or have a stroker motor there is no reason to go bigger
