What is he going to do if you don't pay?

 

Tell the cops i sprayed his car.....and then go to the insurance company and say i sprayed his car i did...but it's not even that bad like you really have to look...i have to pay $2140 to have my car insured for 6 months....and that wil lprolly go up andother ton if he does claim...and if i don't he'll get the cops involved and i'll lose my licence...

 

You won't lose your licence lol.. It's your word against his. Assuming there were no witness (on his side) you're good.

 

HAHA there was a guy in his car but 2 of my friends were in another car...but seriously it's not even bad..im so pissed off about it...

I don't know about all that "you're a ***" **** but I say you take him the $310 and tell him that's what he's getting. If he says anything about persuing it further than ****** the money back and tell him to go ahead. He'll get jack **** and you will know that at least you tried to do the right thing.

Also, High School kids or not, stop peeling out in gravel and throwing that **** everywhere, that part is your fault. It's not a Honda, you shouldn't need the gravel, just makes you (and us) look like a douche-bag.

 

i wasn't peeling out actually, i just pulled out if i didn't give it anymore gas i would have stalled it...it was going uphill....so...i just paid him...he said he's gunna go half...so i gave him 400

the local police may just laugh at homeboys demands, just by the mere fact you apologized for the incident and willingness to pay for the damage YOU caused....PARENTS AND POLICE NEED TO BE NOTIFIED!

 

it's fine now..if my parents found out they would have made me pay him the 800 and the police would have given me a ticket...and..i already got 2 two years ago...so if i get another one my licence is gone...it is al sorted out now.

earlier that day we were at the airport which is like 2 minutes away from the theatre, we had permission from the controllers to run on one of the runways(we have 3) and we only use 1 so just some of us were racing one another.

Just pay for the damages that you caused if anything, he should have filed a police report, paying for his deductible would be much cheaper than shelling out the $800 if you still decide to pay for the paint job. However if I did that damage to a "friends" car I would just pay to have the rock chips repaired, he is taking advantage of the situation to get the whole side painted.
