Cooling fan issues

You'll need to monitor it with a scanner, see if the fan request is being made. If made and the fan does not come on, check to see if the ground is being sent out by the computer to the relay. It's just a matter of tracking along the normal path of operation of the circuit.

yeah I bled it and all, I'm currently waiting on the 160 t-stat to be delivered, but I'm going to go get it scanned in the morning so I'm hoping to see something there.

Another fun tid bit.......When I turn on the A/C the primary fan comes on.....So I'm guessing the ECM is communicating with the fan telling it to come on (I was unable to get the scanner on it this morning), so now I'm really stumped. I'm guessing it would be the temp sensor not relaying the proper temp to the ECM and maybe that would explain some of my rough running at part throttle.......
Any other guesses?
Otherwise I bought the switches and I have wires ready to go, I just don't want to ruin the interior by adding switches if I don't have to......
