Best place to buy Stroker ready blocks?
Cap screws require alot more clearance than regular rod bolts.
I have built a few 383s and with just that stroke you need to buy a junk set of bearings because youre going to have it together and apart 50 times before the final assembly.
The easiest kit I put together was one of those cheap hyper piston 5140 rod , cast crank eagle kits , very little trimming, the crank required about 300 $ to balance though (at my cheap Oklahoma prices) that would probably translate to 1000$ in some other state.

Depends on which scat rod you have, we stock them and the cranks, we could clearance a block for your setup since I have them on the shelf to use for fitment. But everyone is correct you want to fit the pieces to the block, in other words you dont want to take to much material out because there is a water jacket there. Shoot me a PM or call me if you want to discuss it.
