Default Lt1 help

Im posting for a friend i dont have alot of experience with LT1's. My buddy has not been able to start his car for two years and when i came back home i wanted to get it back up and running again for him. So we started replacing some needed parts distributor and coil and the ignition control module. Well still nothing so we looked to see if we were getting power to the coil. When we checked only 1 of the 2 plugs that plug into the coil have power the other does not. Is this the reason its not starting? If so what do you guys suggest? Also the car cranks and all the power is good inside and out except for that plug. Would really appreciate you guys help. Thank you

Not exactly sure about that wire, but did you drain the tank and refill it with fresh fuel? I'd check to make sure that the injectors are not gunked up. Also check all your fuses.
