You dont need a 58mm it wont give you much gain on a fairly stock LT1

The pacesetter LT w/ Y pipe would give you about 15+- hp

Electric Waterpump 8-12rwhp
1.6 Full Roller Rockers - 6-12rwhp
Longtube headers 15-25rwhp
Catback - 8-12rwhp
Cold Air - 8-12rwhp
PCM Tune 8-15rwhp I use Mawolf [MadZtuner] AKA Ion Soltan
Good ASP underdrive pulley - ?? Last resort mod
52mm TB - Couple, wouldnt hurt if you have future plans of maybe a cam.
Gears
Converter/Clutch
Sticky Tires
Lose Weight

Aftermarket MAF is more bad than good.

Dont waist ur $ on a 58mm tb until you absolutely need one. Get a good gear for your car that will help alot. Headers and exhaust with free up some hp, a electric water pump will free up hp, Dont get a after market MAF i have heard they are a pain in the *** to tune when you do a C/H/I. Is your a4 or m6 ? if auto you get a stall,

I agree with using the stock TB.. it will flow PLENTY! Even for a H/C/I car...
I Couldnt believe the difference LT and ORY made on my car! Dropped .3-.4 tenths!

What are you looking to spend on mods right now? We can get you the most bang for the buck. Personally I'd do a good full exhaust, longtubes and duals would be the cheapest.

Your kinda confusing me, try using some punctuation and sentences. You have a flow master catback?

Put those Headers on there with a Pacesetter ORY to match it($129, I think) and get a GOOD catback(if all you have is a flowmaster muffler, If the flowmaster IS a catback, then leave it if you enjoy the sound)
