injector help.... lt1 hey did a search couldnt find what i was looking for.... i just need some help in decideing what size and brand injector to go with, im building a 383 lt1 200cc tricflow heads, stock ported intake, 58mmtb, custom grind cam similar to the GM847 cam... i was thinking of going 42lb... i think that will be plenty with out over kill but still not choke the engine... what do you guys think... also what brands are good to go with... thanks for any help... if you need any more info let me know.... using stock fuel rail...
Most people suggest the Ford SVO injectors, I think you are right on the money with 42# injectors, you could probably get away with running a 36# but you would probably be running 90%+ duty cycle. I have 30# SVO in mine and they have worked flawlessly and are plug and play.
