Vac Leak on egr?

Vac Leak on egr? Well I'm not sure what's what on the emissions stuff, but coming out of the throttle body on the left side is a tube that makes a 90* turn then goes about 5 inches into another hole. Mine leaks, BAD and I need to find a replacement. I just don't know what to call it. Should I get rid of all that crap on my 93 T/A or by the new tube? It's making my car whine at idle...
