could overtightened valves cause a really rich condition? we're going back over everything to make sure its mechanically correct before we for sure say its a tuning problem. the only thing me or my buddy didn't do was the valve adjustment and they seemed really tight. my buddy was adjusting them when i left
Im sure its the tune, a lot of people have been un happy with their mail order tunes, but on the other hand tons of people have be really happy with them kinda hit or miss. it was my car that he forgot to program the tune for my 38lb injectors, when id leave the line id have to rev it high and kinda slip the clutch to prevent it from stalling out since it was loading up on fuel so bad. I ended up putting the stock injectors in and it ran 100 times better drove it easy to the dyno where it was tuned.

okay...got some more info here. we did some checking...the fuel injectors are working even when the key is off...even after an hour, the car is still showing 50 pounds of pressure. what the hell is that? i mean seriously...WTF?
